The Opportunity The Assistant Principal's job is to support the school in driving academic and character outcomes for students as a key member of the school's leadership team. Assistant Principals are expected to lead both instruction and school culture while also developing leadership in the school's emerging leaders. Current responsibilities include:   Strategy Setting and Leadership of the Good Reason Houston charter school seats plan:  Execute against the current Good Reason Houston charter school seats plan, and develop, maintain, and create new strategies to ensure the its success.
