The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in supporting C-Level Administration, Home Office team members, and the DSST Board of Directors. They will be a self-starter, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in multiple departments at once, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Has advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Able to operate various office equipment
Provides administrative and strategic support to the CEO and functions as the primary contact person for the Board of Directors
Works with limited supervision to provide support to C-level administration to include managing schedules and calendars, event planning, travel arrangements, and presentation development
Prepares written communication such as letters, memos, e-mails, etc. on behalf of senior leaders
Handles incoming calls, take messages and promote effective interoffice communication
Manages filing, photocopying, mail distribution, collation and assembly of relevant documents
Tracks budgets and maintain organization of financial documents

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
At least 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and prioritize work effectively
