About the role
TEACH is seeking a full-time Program Manager to provide partnership and project management, plus programmatic support, for the organization’s expanding portfolio of regional initiatives and related programming. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative problem solver committed to advancing educational equity and making an impact on the educator workforce.
This individual excels at working autonomously and collaboratively on cross-functional projects to make sure deadlines are met and ongoing processes are operating efficiently. They have strong relationship management skills and are experienced in motivating and supporting external stakeholders to take action. They operate with a growth mindset and are interested in expanding their skillset to take on additional responsibilities that meet the evolving needs of an early-stage non-profit organization.

The person who takes this role has an unique opportunity to deepen their work in either partnership or program management, based on their skills, preferences, and the evolving needs of the organization. The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Programs, Regional Initiatives at TEACH.
